About the Founder
Vijayakumar Pitta brings 30+ years of overall experience, including 15+ years working within Global Capability Centers.
Having worked across both GCC and non-GCC environments, he has deep insight into GCC leadership dynamics, headquarters expectations, and the behavioural factors that influence global collaboration and performance.
With a blended background in technology and organizational psychology, he founded GBOSX to help GCCs close the behavioural gaps that often limit their strategic impact.
In addition to his corporate leadership career, Vijayakumar has spent the past five years working with leading organizations to strengthen individuals capability and organizational performance, impacting over 5,000 professionals and more than 25+ organizations.
