Behavioural Diagnostics

GBOSX behavioural diagnostics help Global Capability Centers identify behavioural patterns that influence how individuals, teams, and the broader organization operate.

Our diagnostics examine behavioural dynamics across three critical levels: individual role fitment, alignment between organizational layers, and system-level behavioural gaps.

1. Role-Fitment & Talent Readiness Assessment

Assess whether individuals possess the behavioural readiness required for specific GCC roles — both during external hiring and within internal talent pipelines.

This diagnostic identifies the roles in which individuals are most likely to thrive and where behavioural friction may emerge based on GCC maturity stages, role expectations, and individual career stages.

2. Organizational Layer Alignment Assessment

Examine how different layers of the organization perceive how the GCC is functioning.

Misalignment often emerges between HQ leaders, GCC site leaders, managers, and team members, creating gaps in expectations around ownership, decision-making, collaboration, and strategic contribution.

3. System Level Behavioural Gaps Assessment

Identify behavioural patterns embedded within the organizational system that may limit effectiveness.

These diagnostics examine how the GCC interacts with headquarters, how decisions flow across the organization, and whether behavioural norms support the GCC’s evolution from a delivery center to a strategic partner.
